Returns Policy
We want you to love your Net Collective pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to return it:
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return if your item is faulty, described incorrectly, or just doesn’t suit you. Anything outside these terms unfortunately will not be accepted.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, marks, or damage.
- Caps, socks, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process a full refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for this to show in your account.
Exchanges
- UK/Domestic orders: We currently offer an exchange service for UK orders. A £5 shipping charge applies to cover sending out the replacement.
- International orders: We don’t offer exchanges. Please repurchase the item you’d like and return the original for a refund.
Return Shipping
As we are a small business, we don’t cover the cost of returning products. You’ll need to send items back in their original packaging to the address provided when you email us at hello@netcollective.co.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Processing Times
Please be advised that processing of returns can take a little longer during peak season, but we’ll always aim to get these sorted as soon as possible.
