Contract Formation
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not form a contract, the contract is formed when your order is dispatched and you receive a shipping confirmation.

Products & Availability
We aim to display accurate product information, but colours and sizing may vary. Availability is not guaranteed.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

Delivery
We ship orders worldwide. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Orders & Shipping page but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered.

Returns & Cancellations
You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You then have 14 further days to return the goods to us in unworn, unused condition.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
